At Carmel Carpets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new rug doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery in its original condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your rug to receive a Return Authorization number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully roll the carpet and wrap it in its original protective packaging or an equivalent waterproof material to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
We will coordinate a professional courier to collect the item from your home at a scheduled time, or you may drop it off at any Carmel Carpets branch.
- 4.Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item and confirms it is in new condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 7 business days.
